Beautiful Syrah is a 8 month old malinois who has never met a stranger.  She is very friendly and enjoys meeting new people.  She also loves dog friends though sometimes doesn’t know her own strength so large dogs that can stand up to a boisterous teenager are needed.  Syrah really loves to work and learn new things.  She loves to run, run, run so she needs a large fenced yard where she can safely stretch her legs. 

She is crate trained though would prefer to be at the center of attention.  She is mostly housebroken though still needs constant supervision.  She is learning that patience is a virtue and is the key to getting what she wants.  But it is HARD!  Also hard is learning what she can chew on and what she should not bite.  She has done well in foster care learning not to be mouthy with humans but this training will need to continue and young children would not be a good fit. 

Syrah would be great for an agility, obedience or scent work prospect.  With her sociability, she would make a great Search and Rescue dog for an experienced SAR handler.  She can get excited but does not have an arousal level that is over the top or out of control.  She truly loves to work and has a strong enough temperament to work through problems without melting. 

She likes to solve problems!  With supervision and guidance, she will find the solutions you desire.  Syrah also has very nice structure so her body can live up to what her mind wants to do.  She is up to date on shots and has a clean bill of health.
